Getting started with your first login

To start using the WebApp, be prepared with your NewSkies credentials and follow these steps:

1. Go to "Applications" or "Login" on the top blue bar
2. Provide your New Skies credentials
3. If it is your first login, you will be requested to configure the 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). Just follow the steps you will see on your screen
4. After that, you will have access to the WebApp

NOTE: if you have access to different environment, each environment need a different 2FA setup.

I forgot my NewSkies password

You can reset your password by using this Service Desk Form: New Skies password reset

Important: you'll first need to change the provided one-time password using one of the New Skies applications such as Sky Speed, Sky Schedule, Sky Fare, Management Console, and Go Now. It cannot be changed in the Web Apps Center.

I lost access my 2FA application and codes

If you’ve lost your device or require a 2FA reset, raise a ticket by using this Service Desk form. Please, clearly indicate that you’ve forgotten your registration code.
